Undersecretary for Women, Buenos Aires City Government

BIOGRAFÍA
She holds a Master’s in Public Policy from Universidad Austral and a Bachelor’s in Government and International Relations, graduating with a scholarship and a Gold Medal (UADE). Currently, she serves as the Undersecretary for Women in the Deputy Chief’s Office of the Buenos Aires City Government (GCBA). In 2009, she became the General Director of International Relations and Cooperation at the Buenos Aires City Legislature. In 2016, she served as the Director of Gender and Diversity Policies at the Ministry of Security of Argentina and in the Technical Secretariat of the Federal Council for the Fight Against Human Trafficking. In 2021, she became the General Director for Women, in charge of the victim assistance center for crimes, and later the Director of Federal and Productive Relations at GCBA. In 2022, she participated in the development of the city’s plan to combat human trafficking and represented the city as a member of the federal councils on women, human trafficking, and femicides. Her career includes contributions to the development of national plans for the reduction of femicides, the fight against human trafficking, the eradication of gender-based violence, and the promotion of equal opportunities in Argentina.
