BIOGRAPHY
Political Scientist; Expert in Public Policies with 15 years of professional and research experience related to Public Policies in the areas of gender, security, social inclusion, and territorial development. She currently serves as the coordinator of the gender area within the Gender, Inclusion, and Diversity Management at CAF – Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean. She has specialized in the design and management of public policies and development projects, with an emphasis on gender. She pursued a Master’s in Public Policy at Universidad Torcuato di Tella (thesis in preparation) and a Master’s in Local Development at Universidad Nacional de San Martín, both in Argentina. She was the national director of security programs at the Ministry of Security of Argentina; coordinator of the gender component of rural development projects and programs, among others. She has also served as a senior consultant for the World Bank on gender and gender-based violence issues. She is a lecturer in the Gender and Security Workshop for the Bachelor’s in Security and the Diploma in Security at the National University of the South, Bahía Blanca, Argentina.
