BIOGRAPHY
Doctor of Law from the National Institute of Legal Development, Master in Public Administration from the National Institute of Public Administration and Graduate in Political Science and Public Administration from the National Autonomous University of Mexico. 20 years as a specialist in design, execution and monitoring of social projects based on telecommunications, innovation and digital transformation. She is an expert in Design Thinking, Public Policies, Behavioral Economics and Logical Framework Methodology. She graduated from the Innovation and Leadership in Government Program at Georgetown University (2023). Panelist in various Forums, such as: the “CLAD International Congress on the Reform of the State and Public Administration” and the “Internet Governance” Forum (IGF). Seven years as an Academic at the National Autonomous University of Mexico. Guest professor at the University of Cádiz, Spain. Ambassador of the Planning Network for the Development of Latin America and the Caribbean ILPES/AECID. Permanent collaborator in the Virtual Center for Public Management Studies. Since 2017, Executive Director of Digital Inclusion at the Ministry of Infrastructure, Communications and Transportation, in charge of the design and implementation of telecommunications-based projects for digital inclusion such as: “Smart Villages, Sustainable Wellbeing” and the Site Connectivity Program Public.
