Director of Strategic Partnerships and Development at Pro Mujer


Currently, Mrs. Mor serves as the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Development at Pro
Mujer, a mission-driven social enterprise advancing gender equality in Latin America. She
cultivates alliances and structures financial mechanisms to advance women’s financial
inclusion, impact investing, entrepreneurship, and health in the region.

Previously, she supported the Education Division at the Inter-American Development Bank,
where she led the 21st-century skills agenda. She focused on bolstering learning
ecosystems to equip Latin American and Caribbean citizens with 21st-century skills in
collaboration with public and private sector stakeholders.

Maria Liliana Mor spent 12 years at The Trust for the Americas-Organization of American
States. There, she spearheaded the implementation of innovation, open government,
economic opportunities, and technology for social good programs across 21 countries in
Latin America and the Caribbean. Additionally, Mrs. Mor directed institutional efforts to
integrate gender and accessibility perspectives into all projects.
