Deputy Secretary of Human Potential Development, Ministry of Human Development and Habitat

I am an economist, graduated from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina. I held the position of National Deputy for the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires from 2007 to 2011. I coordinated the parliamentary team of the UNEN interbloc until 2015, when I became Director of the Matanza Riachuelo Basin Authority (ACUMAR). Between 2018 and 2019, I served as General Director of Projects for Children, Adolescents, Youth, and Gender at the National Social Security Administration (ANSES). From 2020 to 2023, I was the Director of the Housing Institute of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires and the coordinator of the Forum of Legislators of the Civic Coalition ARI. Currently, I am the Deputy Secretary of Human Potential Development at the Ministry of Human Development and Habitat of the City of Buenos Aires. Over these years, I have had the opportunity to hold roles in both the legislative and executive branches with an interjurisdictional perspective (national, provincial, and local), primarily focusing my actions on economic, social, and environmental visions. My constant aim has been to improve people’s lives through the State by coordinating with the public and private sectors, academia, and organizations, with a cross-cutting focus on the Moral Contract that Elisa Carrió has strongly advocated for in our party. Changing Argentina is undoubtedly a challenge for everyone. I believe in collective, cooperative teamwork, rooted in humanism and for the common good. Those of us in public service roles must understand that positions are temporary and we are ALWAYS public servants; that is my vocation. What remains are the causes that drive us to transform this country to achieve equality, justice, and freedom.
