Sustainability and Gender Officer, Lafise Investment


I worked for six years as the Human Resources and Corporate Social Responsibility Manager at a multinational chain of convenience stores. Currently, I have been serving for two and a half years as a Sustainability and Gender Officer for Lafise Investment Management LTD, the administrator of CASEIF funds (the longest-running investment fund manager in Central America and the Caribbean, having managed four different funds), where my work focuses on advising both at the fund and portfolio investment levels on Gender and Human Resources issues.

I love spending my free time with my family! My two children are my greatest inspiration to continue advancing in my professional career. Additionally, I enjoy attending networking events, where I can connect with colleagues and stay up-to-date on the latest trends in my field.
