Director of the Economic Development Program - CIPPEC


Paula is Director of the Economic Development Program at the Center for the
Implementation of Public Policies Promoting Equity and Growth (CIPPEC). Ex Secretary of
Productive Transformation and Undersecretary of Productive Development at the Ministry of
Production in Argentina (2015-2019). She was topic chair of the Digital Economy Task Force
for G20 Argentine Presidency (2018), and policy advisor to the 2020 Saudi Arabian
Presidency. Former senior coordinator of the Economic Development Program at CIPPEC,
economist at the Export.Ar Foundation and the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on
Agriculture of the Organization of American States (OAS). She worked on projects with the
IADB, the World Bank, BCIE and recieved scholarships from the Japan International
Cooperation Agency (JICA) and the Australian Awards Program of the Australian
Department of Foreign Affairs. Paula holds a degree in Economics and a postgraduate
degree in Agribusiness from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) and is a candidate for a
Master’s degree in Economics from the Universidad de San Andrés (UdeSA).
